Success goes on

We can be happy again with Emilia Akin and Lia Teichmann. Both young women could prove their skills last weekend. Emilia reached with “Sir Lanzelot” in the dressage class M the 3rd place. And Lia reached with “Future Star” in the dressage tournament class M the 2nd place with a score of 7.8. And in the dressage tournament class M** the pair was able to secure the 3rd place.
We congratulate the riders and are looking forward to the next good news.

Factors influencing the success of learning

What does a horse need to learn basic training and other lessons safely?
In addition to the horse’s natural needs such as food, water, light and social contact, it needs a patient, consistent rider who is confident in his own ability. But that’s not all. A big additional point is that the horses need to be comfortable. They must have enough rest periods, free running, but also employment.
That is why it is always nice to see our training horses lying down and obviously relaxed and content in their boxes, the paddocks or the pasture.

Paddock and pasture time for the horses

Whether stallion, gelding or mare, with us every horse is allowed out into the fresh air. In order to offer the training and competition horses enough variety and to satisfy their needs, the horses come outside alone or as a pair.
With the current temperatures, we naturally make sure that the horses do not have to stand outside in the hot midday sun and that they have the opportunity to find a shady spot.

More students successful

Yesterday we already reported about two successful students of Pedro. Today we can rejoice with an additional one: Rubina Claasen. She reached with “Sam” the 4th place in the dressage test class M with 68.485 %. The pair achieved this result at the tournament in Filsum.
We congratulate the rider and hope to be able to report on her next successes soon.

Students are making the best of the weather

Today we can rejoice with Lia Teichmann and Evke Schröder. The two students of Pedro were able to present themselves successfully.
Lia Teichmann could secure the victory in 2 tests. The victories reached Lia with her horse “Future Star” in a M** dressage in each case. One test with a score of 8.0 and the other with a score of 7.7. In addition, the pair also placed 4th in another M** dressage test.
Evke Schröder was able to secure 5th place together with her mare “Donna Deluxe”, who is only 6 years old. The pair received a score of 7.4 in the elementary class dressage test for young horses at the show in Filsum.
We are very happy with the two young ladies and are curious to see how they will develop further.

Training horse “Sultan” successful

In the past days our training horse “Sultan” was able to claim a win in the dressage horse tournament class L together with Pedro. They got a score of 8.3. But one success wasn’t enough. Sultan got 3rd place in his very first tournament at M level with a score of 8.1.
We are always happy that our training horses are showing their lessons continuous and save. But even more so when they demonstrate that easiness at a tournament.

Tournament season started successfully

Once again we can be happy together with Lia Teichmann, who ranked together with her horse “Future Star” in the past days. The experienced team competed in Hesel and was rewarded with two placings. Lia reached the 3rd place in the M* dressage with a score of 8.0 and the 2nd place in the M** dressage with a score of 7.9.
We are happy with the rider and wish her continued success!

Studend ends the green season

Lia Teichmann ended the green season with the horse tournament Rastede-Nethen. With her “Future Star”, she was able to take 3rd place in the medium* level dressage test once again. And in the dressage test class M** the pair reached the 5th place.
We congratulate Lia on her successful season, in which she had numerous placings and victories.
We are already looking forward to the next season!

Intensive training pays off

Today we’d like to talk about Emilia Akin, who recently spent a week with us for intensive training. Emilia with “Sir Lanzelot” was able to claim the 2nd place in the L-level dressage class and also the 2nd place in the medium dressage class in their first tournament after one week of intensive training.
We are pleased that the training is showing results and wish Emilia continued success.
