What does a horse need to learn basic training and other lessons safely?
\nIn addition to the horse’s natural needs such as food, water, light and social contact, it needs a patient, consistent rider who is confident in his own ability. But that’s not all. A big additional point is that the horses need to be comfortable. They must have enough rest periods, free running, but also employment.
\nThat is why it is always nice to see our training horses lying down and obviously relaxed and content in their boxes, the paddocks or the pasture.<\/p>\n
